Since becoming a top 3 idols finalist, Crushanda has been traveling and performing across South Africa. She is currently working on her debut album working alongside Garth Taylor.
In 2006 she was a Top 10 idols finalist (afrikaans idols kyknet) also performed at the huisgenoots 90th birthday as a top 10 idol finalist. In 2007 she did an opening act for international artist Ronan Keating. She was also a back up artist on the debut album of Emo Adams (Tall Dark and Afrikaans) and worked with the late Taliep Pieterson on shows at the Lakasarama.
She performed as a solo artist at Garip festival in Kimberley for 4 consecutive years and regularly performed at Flamingo Casino
In 2009 she featured in a musical production act as Aretha Franklin in BLUES BROTHERS. This musical took place in Cape Town and Johannesburg and was directed by Colin Law.
In 2010 she played the AFRICAN QUEEN in a Barnyard production called Diamonds and dust for a duration of 4 months in Sun City.
In 2011 Crushanda was a Top 3 idols finalist (MNET). Thereafter she performed in a Christmas carol event at Chresta mall along with Mark Haze And Dave Van Vuuren (idol) 2011 and in December 2011 the top3 idols finalists performed together at Grandwest Arena.
She was also an artist at Port Norliff light festival and entertained at the National Awards ceremony in Namibia.
Crushanda is a regularly hired artist at Goverment functions.
In 2012 she performed at the KKNK in a Huisgenoot production SkouSpel Onner Sterre.
She was a solo artist for President Jacob Zuma at the launching of the childrens event in kimberley.
As a top 3 idols finalist she was invited to perform at the Mnet Tag awards. She was also part of a charity production called Color Your LIfe
Performed alongside South African greats such as Loyiso Bala and PJ Powers at the Absa Awards which took place at Melrose Arch in Johannesburg.
